ENTRY INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES ("RULES") AND THE DECISIONS OF MY USA FINANCE, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS. SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES.

1. Eligibility:
   The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   Employees of My USA Loans & Teapot Media llc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate.
2. Agreement to Rules:
   By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represents that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the entrant agrees to accept the decisions of My USA Finance as final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period:
   The giveaway starts on 11/7/2023 and ends on 12/14/2023. All entries must be received by the ending date to be eligible.
4. How to Enter:
   To participate, entrants must visit www.myusafinance.com/giveaway and enter their email, first name, last name, and phone number into the specified form. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prizes:
   The Winner(s) will receive: 1st Place: $200 Amazon Gift Card, 2nd Place: $100 Amazon Gift Card, 3rd Place: $50 Amazon Gift Card. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by My USA Finance. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at My USA Finance's discretion.
6. Winner Selection:
   Winners will be selected through a random drawing under the supervision of My USA Finance. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of the selection. My USA Finance shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.
7. Rights Granted by Entrants:
   By entering this giveaway, each entrant agrees that My USA Finance and its affiliates may use the entrant's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
8. Terms & Conditions:
   My USA Finance reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should any unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless My USA Finance and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Disputes:
    This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually and without resort to class action.
